Needed an emergency tooth extraction due to severe pain on a Saturday morning. Although I'm a patient from his Gardner office, Dr. Lavana saw me in Paxton and removed the tooth 2 hours after I called. His technique is great when injecting anesthetic, which used to be a fear of mine. Nothing to fear when coming here!

Dr.Lavana is wonderful! I always avoided the dentist for years due to anxiety which just lead me to terrible teeth and more problems. I was recommended to his office by a family member and so glad I listened! He listens to all my concerns. He is great with my anxiety. He is the first dentist in years that I was able to go into the dentist chair without medication. He has done root canals and fillings for me and made it a breeze! His staff is wonderful as well! highly recommend him and his staff if you are someone especially who fears the dentist! I will not go anywhere else now. They also will see you quickly in an emergency!

My front tooth fell out , and they took me the same day . Only did I learn most of the staff were out sick and they have been working all week to take care of there patients concern. That’s what I call great customer service .

After only 6 days from a tooth extraction and bone graft, I came in to have the sutures removed. I was a little apprehensive as I was still in pain in that area. Jessi treated me, she made me feel at ease before and during the procedure. She was gentle and kind and did an excellent job. Dr Nikhil Lavana did the extraction with bone graft with no complications and now, healing well. I have had lots of work done by Dr Lavana, he's an excellent dentist.

Dr. Lavana has been our dentist for 15+ years - my son, husband and I have all had nothing but great experiences with him - from tooth extractions to root canals/crown to complete reconstructive work when my son was only 8 years old and broke his brand new permanent front teeth, to Invisalign for son and hubby. At the risk of alienating the dental community with my characterization, I feel that most dentists, in general dentistry, are fine technicians, who for whatever reason, lack the mastery to be considered real artists. Over the course of my gypsy life I have been blessed to find 2 dentists who were true artists, with a passion for their work and the elevation of their craft to that far above their peers. I am pleased to report I have discovered a third. The first two had offices in southern and northern CA respectively. The third is Dr. Ivanna. I had 2 adjacent crowns that needed to be replaced. He scanned the existing crowns. Redesigned new ones using the scanned images. I watched the redesign process using software and his exceptional skill was amazing. He then milled the new crowns in office and fitted them with very minimal adjustment. The fit was perfect. Completed in 3 hours on a Saturday, during a single visit. No other adjustment required. Thank you Dr. Lavana. You are a true artist.
